Return and Refund Policy

Requesting a Return / Exchange
If you are not happy with your order, you may request to return or exchange for all or part of your shipment by contacting our Customer Care team. Return requests must be made within 15 days of the order delivery date. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and arrive back to our office in the original condition to be eligible.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Return shipping will not be provided. The customer is responsible for the safe return of items including any customs or processing fees. The store is not liable for any orders lost or damaged during return transit.
For expedited service and selection, exchanges will be processed as a return / refund. Please place your replacement order online to secure the intended item. Stock is not held for incoming returns.
Requesting Order Cancellation
Order cancel requests should be sent to the Customer Care team ASAP at WeLoveYou@TheIndieBox.com. Once tracking is assigned to an order, the parcel has been packed for shipment and is no longer eligible to be cancelled. Customer Care processes cancel requests with high priority. The store is not responsible if an order ships prior to a cancel request being processed. Please be mindful when placing an order. A request for return can be made once the parcel is received by contacting the Customer Care team. Once an order has been packed, the shipping cost is no longer refundable.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be applied to all returned items / cancelled orders. This fee covers processing and support costs associated with handling returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Made To Order
Made to order merchandise will be referred to as MTO in a product's description. Once a MTO order begins to process, we are unable to cancel or exchange the item. Please be mindful when picking shirt sizes, designs, and available color options. Picking the wrong size or design, wanting to return a gift, or deciding the product is no longer are not a means for refund once processing has started.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase, not when orders begin to ship. Any orders containing both preorder and currently available items will be placed on hold till all merchandise is available for shipment. Requests to split or remove a pre-order item from a pending shipment is not eligible. Once a preorder has closed, the item sale is final and will not be canceled or altered. Requests for cancellation or refunds of pre-orders must be submitted within 150 days of placing the order. However, adjustments to the shipping address can still be accommodated beyond this timeframe.
Digital Downloads / Codes
Any items that include digital files are no longer refundable once the key or download is sent, regardless of the digital content being accessed or not. Key sales are for personal use only. Resale of keys is strictly prohibited. Breaking purchase limits or selling keys through third party is grounds for order and account termination.
Final Sale / Retired Items
Any items sold as a promotional "final sale" or "as is" product are not eligible for return or exchange once an order is packed for shipment. Merchandise that has been retired or removed from the store will be considered final sale.
Promotional Purchases
Items sold prior or after a promotional period (sale) are not eligible for promotional price matching. Shipping and taxes are not applicable towards coupons or deals... requiring a spending threshold. Coupons can not be combined with other offers or sale items unless otherwise noted.
Damages / Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that our Customer Care team can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged orders must be reported within 15 days of order delivery. Retain all packaging and contact us with an order number, description, and photos. Wrong items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Below is a list of conditions that are considered minor and do not warrant damage:
- Slight variants in material colors from advertised mock-ups.
- Small chips, discoloration, or ink build up on prints or figures.
- Minor dents, creases or worn edges of packaging, sleeves, paper inserts or manuals.
- Small holes or rips in the exterior plastic shrink wrap for shipping protection.
- Tiny spots of color, stray threads, light dust or residue, hint of a chemical smell on apparel may arrive as a part of the printing process. Washing and cutting any extra thread should fix this right up.
Additional Policy Information
- We reserves the right to change or modify policy information at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account and cancel any current or future purchases without explanation.

Examples of grounds for removal:
- Abuse of chargebacks or PayPal disputes. Please write our support for assistance and abide by our public policies.
- Breaking of Shipping and Return policies.
- Consistent issues with order delivery.
- Orders flagged for possible fraud.
- Violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
- Threats of any kind (verbal, physical, or written) towards any customer, partner, client, employee or other store affiliated party.
